Our Military Scholarship equals up to 50 percent of tuition for all active duty military personnel and their spouses, or 15 percent of tuition for veterans using the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Montgomery GI Bill benefits towards an Everest University Online program.

Everest University Online Military Scholarship

Active duty military personnel serving in components of the Armed Forces, which include the U.S. Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Active Guard/Reserve and U.S. Coast Guard, their dependent spouses, and veterans using GI Bill benefits towards an Everest University Online program are eligible to apply for a Military Scholarship.

Students must be military personnel serving on active duty in components of the U.S. Armed Forces, active duty dependent spouses, or veterans using the Montgomery GI Bill benefits towards an Everest University Online program.

The scholarship includes a quarterly tuition stipend and a voucher for free books for active duty personnel, dependent spouses of active duty service members, and veterans using GI Bill benefits towards an Everest University Online program.

Scholarship funds are set at the beginning of each fiscal year and are awarded on a continuing basis until funds for the fiscal year are depleted. Scholarship awards may not exceed 50 percent of tuition charged for the term.

The scholarship may be renewed from quarter to quarter as long as the recipient maintains their active duty military, military dependent spouse, or veteran using GI Bill status, remains enrolled, and achieves satisfactory academic progress including an undergraduate cumulative grade point average of 2.5.

All scholarships are applied as a credit to the student's account, and no cash payments will be awarded to the student. The scholarship is non-transferrable and non-substitutable and cannot be combined with any other program including the Post-9/11 Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program (Yellow Ribbon Program). The program with the greatest benefit to the student will be applied. Applications may be requested from the Student Finance Office.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet entrance requirements for their program of study. Applicants must be active duty military, active duty dependents spouse, or veteran using GI Bill benefits towards an Everest University Online program and provide proof by submitting a copy of official military documentation prior to the start of the term.

Government assistance may also be available for active duty military, veterans and their families.
